Unjustified Extra Charge at a Resort - Travelosity

I recently stayed at Las Casitas Village in Fajardo PR, the family vacation was booked thru Travelosity . Upon checlout I was charged a $95.82.00 (misc resort fee), I questioned this fee and was told it was for extra towels for my room (never requested) water bottles in my room(never requested) a complimentry ferry to the resort beach island (complimentry??) and wi fi. This is unacceptable as I was never informed about this fee by Travelosity, or the Waldorf Astoria Resort. I have called Travelosity 3X and was told a supervisor would get back to me and it never happens. I would never use the company, Travelosity again and the Waldorf Astoria should explain thesse fees so you would have a choice to accept the fees/services.
